Practice Highlights: Well-equipped, efficient Ambulatory Surgery Center near Lake Forest Hospital Joining 5 board-certified Ophthalmologists – 2 General, 1 Retina, and 1 OculoPlastics 3 optometrists support practice across all locations Call Responsibility for only 1 hospital (Lake Forest Hospital) Nocturnal APP program provides on-site call support at Lake Forest Hospital from 2:30pm to 2:30am 7 days per week State of the art ophthalmic imaging in ambulatory and OR setting Successful and expanding multi-specialty physician group that promotes a collegial work environment, physician success and compassionate care Qualifications BE/BC Ophthalmology - Glaucoma Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
