- Ear, nose, and throat
- Sinus and allergy conditions
- Hearing and balance disorders
- Sleep-related breathing disorders
- Head and neck pathology - Perform a full scope of ENT surgical procedures including, but not limited to:
- Endoscopic sinus surgery
- Tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy
- Tympanoplasty and mastoid surgery
- Septoplasty and rhinoplasty
- Procedures for sleep apnea (e.g., tonsillar reduction, uvulopalatopharyngoplasty) - Utilize OR block time at multiple locations to support surgical volume - Collaborate effectively with primary care, audiology, pulmonology, speech therapy, and other specialties - Participate in outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and shared call coverage - Document clinical care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record - Contribute to service line growth, quality improvement, and patient experience initiatives Practice Expectations - Immediate access to patient referrals and ambulatory flow supporting a busy practice - Balanced schedule with a mix of:
- High-volume clinic sessions
