General Otolaryngologist Opportunity in Bangor, Maine Northern Light Eastern Maine Medical Center is actively seeking a BC/BE General Otolaryngologist to join our community hospital-employed, salaried, general/subspeciality ENT practice. Position Details: Provide general adult and pediatric ENT services, with opportunity to develop sub-specialty niche, if desired. Current practice includes Otolaryngologists of general and sub-specialty background, and 5 Physician Associates Opportunity to collaborate with other surgical specialties, including plastics and neurosurgery (including skull base) Flexible schedules and exceptional work/life balance 1:5 call rotation No facial trauma call Average of 18 office patients per clinic day; 1-2 days in OR per week Well-established hospital-based practice with no administrative duties or capital investment requirements Compensation Information: $500,000 - $535,000 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity.
