MD or DO from an accredited medical school BC/BE in Pediatric Neurosurgery Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) Successful completion of an ACPNF accredited Pediatric Neurosurgical Fellowship Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Idaho Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA, the State of Idaho, and Idaho Board of Pharmacy Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St.
