- Seybold Clinic's Pediatricians provide care from birth to early adulthood and are concerned with the health of infants, children, and teenagers. They specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of ailments specific to young people and track their patients' growth to adulthood. Most of the work of pediatricians, however, involves treating day-to-day illnesses that are common to children, such as minor injuries and infectious diseases and providing preventative health services like immunizations. Newborn nursery experience Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500, to $384,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
