- Job Requirements Spartanburg Regional is seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join the well established MGC – Pediatrics – Westside, located in Spartanburg, SC. We are seeking a pediatrician to join in summer/fall of 2027. New Graduate Residents are encouraged to apply. Highlights of the opportunity include:
