Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Physician for an established, multi-provider, primary care practice in Cromwell, CT. The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers that have deep roots in the Middlesex area, many having practiced here for over 20 years.
