Physician - Primary Care - Lake County

Looking for a you to join our hospital employed Family Medicine Group. Currently, 3 different practices are adding physicians. Office hours M - F, Some Saturdays - Morning only See 20 - 25 patients a day PCMH Certified Practice Outpatient Only -- Hospitalists provide inpatient care coverage You will be supported in the practice by a MA and LPN Call coverage shared Weekends and Weekdays wRVU Compensation Package with bonus potential first year BC/BE in Family Medicine and Active Ohio License.
