PHYSICIAN - PRIMARY CARE - WESTMORELAND COUNTY

The Primary Care Physicians at Independence Health provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for chronic disease management, acute care needs, with a preventative care focus. Outpatient clinical responsibilities include Physicals, Annual Wellness Visits, and Well child checks, Paps, procedures, and initial diagnosis workups, acute care visits and chronic care follow-up visits (as determined by evidenced based medicine practices and patient needs), outpatient office call rotation requirements.

The physician is responsible for being a provider leader in the team-based care setting, supervision of APPs, teaching, system stewardship, and modeling behaviors of excellence and compassion in the primary care setting. Excellent Benefits, Compensation and Work Life Balance.
