✓Unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain
✓DEA registration and Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine preferred
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure preferred
Certifications
✓BLS and ACLS certification, as required
Education
✓Completion of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program
✓Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine fellowship
