Asante’s Cancer Care Team? The Heimann Cancer Center , opened in 2022, is a state-of-the-art facility located within Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. Designed to improve the patient experience and access to care, it features: Two linear accelerators on-site Full suite of SBRT and linac-based SRS In-house medical oncology On-site pharmacy , advanced imaging , and laboratories Expanded support services , including nurse navigators, counseling, and survivorship resources Dedicated on-site physics team and hybrid on-site dosimetry Integrated technology: Mosaiq , RayStation , and MIM software for treatment management and planning You’ll also collaborate closely with our sister facility , the Spears Cancer Center in nearby Grants Pass , which houses two additional linear accelerators and mirrors our advanced treatment capabilities.

Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited program. License/Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Board Certified/Eligible in Radiation Oncology by the American Board of Medical Specialties; must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid and other federal programs; Physician shall meet all the qualifications to participate in Asante’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
