Physician Recruiter, Hybrid, Southbank The Physician Recruiter is responsible for supporting all aspects of physician recruitment for Baptist Health. This role partners with leadership to develop and execute strategic, comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with the organization’s growth and operational goals. Key responsibilities include sourcing and attracting qualified physicians, managing candidate relationships, and facilitating the recruitment process from initial outreach through onboarding.
The Physician Recruiter ensures positive candidate experience while supporting the health system’s mission to deliver high-quality care.
