Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist

This position is responsible for recruiting physicians, physician extenders and/or CRNA’s. Responsible for compiling and maintaining lists of potential candidates by specialty and community. Coordinating on site candidate visits with local CCEO’s and their community physician recruiting teams.

Responsible for interacting with external recruiting agencies engaged by ARH. Responsible for planning and executing monthly events with local universities and colleges to educate potential candidates about ARH career opportunities.
