You’ll need
Licensure
✓Required Licenses – RN or LVN license.
Certifications
✓Current CPR upon hire.
✓Additional Requirements - Must provide proof of approved (AHA/ARC) current CPR maintain approved CPR certification prior to hire as well as successful completion of Management of Assaultive Behavior training including restraint and seclusion policies prior to assuming patient care responsibility.
✓Must maintain current CPR and Handle with Care.
BLS and Handle with Care certifications a plus. preferred
Education
✓Education - High School degree or equivalent required.
✓Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals and function calmly in situations, which require a high degree of sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Qualifications
✓Violators will be suspended up to termination if not compliant within 1 week of expiration.
✓Must have basic PC skills that include a combination of working in a Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
✓Ability to accurately enter data, prepare and maintain records, files, and reports.
✓Outstanding skills in giving attention to details with display of dexterity in maintaining confidentiality.
✓Ability to exercise appropriate judgment in answering questions and releasing information; analyze and project consequences of decisions and/or recommendations.
✓Skill to independently interpret reference materials to comply with law, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
✓Ability to apply time management practices to prioritize, schedule and complete work effectively to comply with mandated policies and deadlines.
✓Ability to work on multiple tasks or parts of tasks simultaneously to ensure timely completion of work activities.
✓Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions

Experience – Significant exposure to Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and regulations, internal auditing, healthcare, operations, patient care plans and medical records laws and fraud and abuse laws highly desired. preferred

About the role
