Picc Line RN PRN (14219)

Perform individualized patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Perform assessment using ultrasound to identify appropriate vein to include anatomy and size related to catheter and its use. Maintain sterile field throughout procedure.

Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences. Uphold and promote patient safety and quality. Qualifications

Associate degree in nursing and AL state licensure required. BSN preferred. PICC and midline certification preferred.

Two to three years of experience required. Wound care experience preferred. Additional Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills required.

Proficient oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills required. Must be ACLS certified within 1 year of hire date.
