You’ll need
Education
✓High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Qualifications
✓3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of equipment and utilities systems required.
✓DL - Driver’s License Valid Class C Driver's License Upon Hire required.
✓Must have good written and verbal skills to read blueprints, work orders and interact with staff, tenants, contractors and others.
✓Able to use hand tools, electrical tools and others with little supervision.
✓Requires the ability to travel, climb stairs and ladders to access equipment; pushing, pulling, lifting, stretching, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping and standing in difficult positions in crowded quarters to make inspections and observe equipment, displays and dials.
Healthcare environment is preferred.
High rise building experience is preferred.
