Education
✓Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology with ASCP certification or equivalent required. Master's degree in Healthcare or Business preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 5 years Medical Technology experience required. 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience preferred. POCT experience desirable. Proven ability to interface with cross-section of hospital staff; Physicians, Nurse Managers. Experience with WORD, EXCEL and LIS interfaces.
✓General knowledge of laboratory operations and POCT. Working knowledge of regulatory requirements for laboratories and POCT. Proficient in word processing and excel spreadsheets.
