Assist the CSPI in accepting emergent telephone calls relating to known or suspected poisonings. Per operational guidelines, advise on treatment or triage case assessment to CSPI for definitive care. Participate in data collection efforts and public education programs.
Qualifications Required
GED or High School Diploma. Specific course work: Health oriented background. Able to interpret information resources and transmit that information understandably to both health professionals and the public.
