Police Officer - POLICED AND SECURITY

The Police Officer ensures a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff by providing law enforcement services, responding to emergencies, and enforcing hospital policies and applicable laws. This role supports patient care and operational reliability through proactive patrols, incident response, and community engagement. Performs other duties as assigned.

All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program. High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of the Ohio Peace Officer Basic Training Academy (OPOTA).

Valid Ohio driver's license. Current Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy (OPOTA) certification. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within six months of hire).
