Nights Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No The Polysomnographic Technologist II is responsible for the performance of all the Sleep Disorders Center procedures in accordance with technical standards in the essential job functions approved by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM), American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST), and the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT). A Sleep Technologist II can provide supervision of a Sleep Technologist I.
Experience Required: Polysomnography - 1 year required Electroencephalography (EEG) - 1 year required OR Respiratory Therapist (RRT) 1 year required Preferred - 1 year Polysomnography Education Required: High school or equivalent Technical Diploma/Associates Degree - Polysomnographic; Or Technical - Electroencephalogram (EEG); Or Technical Respiratory Therapy Credentials Required: BLS (Basic Life Support) RPSGT (polysomnography) / RRT/CRT / Relevant Specialty Please apply if you are looking for an amazing career opportunity, the chance to be part of an amazing team, and a great place to work!
