You’ll need
Licensure
✓Successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one-year duration associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility of equivalent experience and documented proficiency at all competencies requires of a Polysomnographic Technician
Certifications
✓Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent.
✓BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Education
✓Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography
Qualifications
✓A minimum of 1 year experience as a Polysomnographic Technician with documented proficiency in all required competencies.
