Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite applications with emphasis on Powerpoint, Excel and Visio Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to effectively analyze and interpret highly complex system reports and array, identify trends, problems and potential issues, and prepare and present plans in an actionable form Maintain highest standards for confidentiality of information and professionalism. In-depth knowledge of Performance Improvement standards, Advance Payment Model/Value Based Care model requirements, tools, and techniques, including collection, validation, analysis, reporting of data, and use of performance and benchmark indicators.
In-depth knowledge and experience with population health, health program/policy analysis, and evaluating and implementing population-based health programs In-depth experience with Quality, population health, and/or value-based care Highly driven and self-motivated while able to work as individual contributor or as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to compile/present a compelling story or business case Excellent presentation skills, including ability to speak before large audiences and prepare and provide presentations.
