Portfolio Analyst

✓Bachelor's degree
Qualifications
✓Minimum three (3) years of related experience in prospect research, fundraising database management, donor strategy, portfolio management, or a related field
✓Experience analyzing and interpreting data to develop recommendations and support decision-making
✓Ability to follow ethical standards and exercise discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access and other web-based applications preferred
Experience with fundraising databases (Salesforce preferred)
Effective communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to diverse stakeholders preferred
Project management interest or experience, including developing project plans and timelines, managing competing priorities, coordinating deliverables, and tracking progress preferred
Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging CRM systems, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to transform data into actionable insights preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines preferred
Exceptional writing skills and rigorous attention to detail preferred
Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills preferred
Interest in identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency through technology and automation preferred
