We established a new mouse model in which allergen induced skin inflammation in neonate mice but not in adult mice. By applying mouse genetic tools, bulk RNA sequencing, single cell RNA sequencing, multiparameter flow cytometry, and immunofluorescent imaging we are able to reveal the mechanism about how neonate and adult immune cells differently response to common allergens. Assist with publishing manuscripts and grant writing. Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: Shedding light on better clinical treatment of infant atopic diseases. Technical Duties: Perform independent research in the area of experiments and technics are driven by scientific aims, including but not restricted to transgenic mouse breeding, in vivo drug delivery and mouse sample collecting, flow cytometry, bulk RNA sequencing, single cell RNA sequencing, confocal microscope imaging, ELISA, quantitative PCR, in vitro cell and organoids culture, tissue cryosectioning and immunofluorescent staining.
