What you’ll do
Schedule patient appointments, maintainSchedule patient appointments, maintain appointment records, and support check-in and check-out activities
Assist patients and callersAssist patients and callers with routine inquiries, messages, and scheduling needs
Process patient billing formsProcess patient billing forms, scan documents, and maintain accurate patient records
Support prior authorizations, prescriptionSupport prior authorizations, prescription refill requests, provider questions, and test result communications as appropriate
Serve as a knowledgeableServe as a knowledgeable resource for scheduling, registration, and billing systems
