About the role

Serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience throughout scheduling, check-in, and check-out.

What you’ll do
Serve as a keyServe as a key point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional experience throughout scheduling, check-in, and check-out
Coordinate patient appointments, maintainCoordinate patient appointments, maintain appointment records, answer incoming calls, and respond to routine patient inquiries
Process patient billing formsProcess patient billing forms, scan documentation into the medical record, and request outside medical records and laboratory results as needed
Support daily office operationsSupport daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, schedules, mail, faxes, and other administrative tasks
Collect co-payments when requiredCollect co-payments when required and assist with messages related to prior authorizations, provider questions, prescription refills, and test results
