Provides direct patient care, which includes preparation for patient visit, assessment, advocating for patient, working in conjunction with physician with medications, and care plans Supervises and provides guidance to Nurses and Certified Medical Assistants Conducts phone triaging Oversees medication management and is familiar with medication authorization process Educates patients and families, along with coordinating and participating in community education programs.
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served. Other related duties as assigned, coverage as needed. Overseeing clinical schedules in collaboration with Administrative Supervisors Conducts Clinical meetings Maintains clinical productivity reports and provides updates to leadership Visiting offices to check in on clinical staff and clinical operations and compliance.
Qualifications Required: Bachelor's required. Valid NJ RN License Preferred: 2+ years of direct clinical experience managing multiple offices 2 years of inpatient/hospital experience Gastroenterology experience preferred Ability to multitask and handle a lot at once Excellent written and verbal communication Professionalism and confidentiality
