✓Demonstrated MA competencies demonstrated through any one of the following: MA Certificate, Associates Degree in Medical Assisting, EMT, PCT, a nursing student with one clinical rotation, home health aide experience, or physician assistant program candidates.
✓Must be certified in CPR.
Education
✓High school graduate or GED.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of 2-3 years of experience demonstrating proficiency in all areas of Medical Assisting.
✓Must demonstrate strong customer and interpersonal relationships with all patients, family members, staff, and providers.
✓Must be able to demonstrate both a willingness and competency to train, mentor, and guide others' assigned practices.
✓Phlebotomy skills are helpful.
Experience with computer systems and web-based applications is needed. EPIC experience is a plus preferred
