We are looking for a responsible employee to handle our day-to-day processing of reports, assisting departments in process improvements, compile daily, weekly and monthly dashboard reporting. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and compiling data from multiple programs to create monthly dashboards, weekly scorecards, and customized reports for leadership.
This role monitors provider productivity, patient volumes, clinic utilization, cycle times, and quality assurance metrics across multiple Departments. Additional responsibilities include chart audits, data validation, employee department assignment reviews, and providing reporting support for operational and management decision-making. Education Qualifications Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferred. Experience Qualifications At least six months prior experience in a patient care, customer service or leadership role is required. Hours : 40 per week
Monday- Friday; Days 8a-5p Locations: 350 W Columbia Street, Evansville, Indiana and Gateway Hospital, Medical Office Building 3, 4th floor, Newburgh, Indiana Position is a salaried manager position
