You’ll need
Education
✓Associate's Degree required.
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in a healthcare or physician practice setting required.
✓Prior supervisory experience required.
✓Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record systems.
✓Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
✓Strong organizational and project management abilities.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
✓Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
✓Demonstrated commitment to customer service, teamwork, and professional excellence.
✓Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with providers, staff, and leadership.
✓Physical Requirements
✓Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and perform routine office activities.
✓Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
✓Reports To
✓Director of Physician Practices, Ambulatory Operations Director, or designated administrative leader.
✓Supervises
✓Clinical and administrative staff assigned to the practice.
