✓Requirements
Education
✓Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience
Qualifications
✓5+ years of healthcare industry experience
✓1+ year of STARs experience
✓Driver's License and access to a reliable transportation
✓Live within or in close proximity to territory (Melbourne, FL)
Experience working for a health plan and/or for a provider's office preferred
Medical/clinical background preferred
Solid knowledge of electronic medical record systems preferred
Consulting experience preferred
Medical Sales experience preferred
Solid knowledge of the Medicare market preferred
Knowledge base of clinical standards of care, preventive health, and Stars measures preferred
Experience in managed care working with network and provider relations/contracting preferred
Solid financial analytical background within Medicare Advantage plans (Risk Adjustment/STARS Calculation models) preferred
Microsoft Office specialist with exceptional analytical and data representation expertise; Advanced Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills preferred
Solid problem-solving skills preferred
Solid communication and presentation skills preferred
