About the role

Responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the care for the pre-operative patient and to efficiently prepare the surgical patient for the intra-operative procedure. Responsible to assure all nursing documentation, laboratory testing, EKG's and H&P's are complete and in date. Works closely with all staff, anesthesiologist and surgeons provide continuity of care.
