About the role
- Pre-Service Financial Concierge Fast-paced, high-volume Call Center looking for a top skilled Financial Concierge Work location: 612 East Lamar Arlington, Texas 76011 Work environment: Patient Financial Experience – Remote, but onsite training may be required Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (10am – 6:30pm) Department Highlights:

- Receive calls from patients/guarantors regarding financial questions on their account(s) balance consisting of estimate , deposits/payments, payment plans.
- Financial Clearance for Patient Arrival - Review High Dollar, OON, Limited benefit Work Ques
- Complete work queues within 24 hours for insurance patients that need financial arrangements
