Pre-Visit Specialist I - Call Center *Hybrid*

The Pre-Visit Specialist I provides scheduling, pre-registration, and revenue cycle support while delivering exceptional customer service. This role schedules appointments based on physician orders, referrals, and patient requests, prioritizing first available appointments and payer authorization requirements. Responsibilities include providing pre-procedure instructions, coordinating appointments across multiple health information systems, and ensuring seamless follow-up.

The specialist also pre-registers patients, verifies insurance and benefits, reviews Medicare medical necessity, provides cost estimates, collects patient financial responsibility, meets regulatory requirements, and offers guidance to help patients arrive prepared for care.
