Primary Care Advance Practice Clinician Opportunity with Samaritan Health Services – Lebanon, Oregon Samaritan Health Services, a non-profit integrated healthcare delivery system, is seeking a physician associate or nurse practitioner to join our Family Medicine team in Lebanon, Oregon . Samaritan Family Medicine-Medical Plaza is an established certified Rural Health Clinic with experienced clinicians who are passionate about building healthier communities within a certified Patient Centered Medical Home model of care.
Job Specifics Outpatient primary care - mixture of preventative and acute visits 1.0 FTE (34 hours per week) working 4-5 days a week, no weekends Call

- 3 months Templated schedule of 40/20 or 30/15 minute visits Job Requirements Excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented. Eligibility to work in the United States Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program/Nurse Practitioner program Able to obtain Oregon license Experience required.
