✓Additional minimum requirement(s) only for Hospital Outpatient Departments:
✓BLS (Basic Life Support)
Education
✓High school diploma or equivalent.
✓Education Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Qualifications
✓New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
✓One year of applicable patient care experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
✓Additional preferred requirement(s) for non-HOD Clinics:
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✓Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation.
✓Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment.

About the role

The Primary Care Patient Care Advanced Certified MA will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.
