This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting. Responsibilities Position Overview:
Full-time position in an outpatient primary care clinic
See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis.
