Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespanPerform preventive, routine, and problem-focused evaluationsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsDevelop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing care managementOrder and interpret appropriate diagnostic testingProvide preventive health education, counseling, and screeningCoordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other members of the care teamPromote continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationshipsParticipate in quality improvement and population health initiativesSupport the continued growth and development of the primary care practice What We're Looking ForGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programCurrent NP or PA certification and South Carolina licensure/eligibilityFamily Medicine, Internal Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related primary care experience preferredNew graduate candidates with strong clinical training may be consideredBLS certification requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Why Choose Novant Health?
