Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Focus on preventive care, wellness, and long-term patient relationships Coordinate care with specialists and other members of the healthcare team Build and maintain a strong patient panel within the Hilton Head community Partner with clinical and operational leadership to support continued practice growth Contribute to quality, patient experience, and population health initiatives What We're Looking For MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for or currently holding an active South Carolina medical license Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care Strong communication and relationship-building skills Collaborative approach to working with physicians, APPs, clinical staff, and leadership Interest in establishing a long-term practice within the Hilton Head community Why Choose Novant Health?
