Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) | NC/SC | Remote | Weekends

What We OfferJoin Novant Health's virtual primary care team as a fully remote Primary Care Physician. This is a full-time, weekend-focused remote position requiring 40 hours per week / 36 clinical hours. Candidates must be able to work three 12-hour shifts per week: Saturday, Sunday, and one additional weekday, with flexibility in start times between approximately 7:00 am and 9:00 am ET.

In this role, you will serve as a longitudinal PCP with your own established patient panel, providing ongoing care to established patients within the Novant Health System. You will deliver comprehensive, video-based primary care including preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management, while building lasting relationships with patients who will consider you their doctor. This is a Novant Health-employed position operated in partnership with K Health, which provides the non-clinical infrastructure, administrative support, and AI-driven clinical technology platform that powers the virtual clinic.

The ideal candidate must be licensed in NC or SC, board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine, and comfortable practicing the full spectrum of primary care.
