You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensed Master Social Worker
✓Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
✓Must have a Master's degree in counseling or related fields and be provisionally licensed by the state of Georgia (LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT)
Certifications
✓Associate Professional Counselor
✓Certified Addiction Counselor - Level II
✓Registered Art Therapist
✓Healthcare Provider (CPR)
✓Safe Crisis Intervention for Patient and Professionals
✓If in PHP IOP or Inpatient, National Certification, certification as a Registered Art Therapist, or a bachelor's degree with certification equivalent to CAC II accepted.
✓Employee will obtain initial CPR and SCIPP certification within 90 days of employment.
✓Employee will maintain CPR and SCIPP certification as required.

About the role
To provide treatment for patients with behavioral health and or substance use disorders and their families. Treatment is provided through assessment, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, crisis assessment, and intervention. The direction of treatment and the extent of contact will be determined by the treatment plan developed with the patient and or family.
