✓Requirements
Licensure
✓Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
Certifications
✓Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)
✓Current BLS certification
✓Certified Great Place to Work® – 2026
Qualifications
✓Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
✓Ability to travel 45 minutes to an hour
✓Ability to work with pediatrics and adults
✓Ability to care for (training available) patients with varied acuity (I.e. g-tube, trach, vent)
One year of LPN experience preferred
