Qualifications What’s Required Consistently demonstrates all requirements of CPD Tech II Certification as a Sterile Processing Technician through either the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) when eligible.
Ability to: Walk moderate distances while pushing/maneuvering carts. Follow written and verbal instructions. Basic computer skills Must have effective customer service/people skills and critical thinking skills that involve multitasking with interruptions.
