Job Summary The EMS Dispatcher primarily coordinates distribution of EMS and other medical vehicles for patient transport requests to and from Harris Health System facilities.
They utilize cutting edge technology to dispatch appropriate EMS resources that meets patient's needs and provide safe and timely transports. EMS Dispatcher works closely with Transfer Center, clinical care teams, and system leadership to ensure efficient processes, and effective resource management while maintaining complete compliance with Harris Health System procedures, policies and practices.
