Mentoring, modeling appropriate behavior, assist with implementation of interventions through real world experience, assist young clients with working on their goals, and be a support for that client, Coordination with the case worker, providing 1:1 interaction with the client 5-10 hours weekly, serving as a mentor/role model for clients and their families, working toward specific goals as part of the treatment team, attending team meetings and supervision meetings as scheduled Overview BJC Behavioral Health is a community health center that provides and coordinates behavioral health services for more than 8,000 seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children in St.

As an Administrative Agent of the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH), BJC Behavioral Health serves as a major point of entry for people eligible for mental health services funded by DMH and is responsible for serving as gatekeeper to the public mental health system.
Role Purpose Provides skill training to children and youth on appropriate behaviors to exhibit in home and community environment.
