Up to $1,000 Sign on Bonus Baptist Medical Center is hiring an Occupational Therapist for the Rehab Department in the Fleming Island community of the Jacksonville, Florida metro area (Clay County). This is a PRN position located at Baptist Clay. The Occupational Therapist will support the Acute Care Rehab team.
Caseload is for adult acute care population, to include: ortho, neuro, ICU, and general medical. This position requires a candidate with previous experience working in acute care rehab setting.
Evaluates and treats patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses. Extensive patient/family education. Works with multidisciplinary team care.
In-services physicians and hospital staff. Experience
At least one year of Occupational Therapy experience in an acute care setting is strongly preferred Education & Credential
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Required Licensed Occupational Therapist from FL Department of Health Required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required Baptist Clay Medical Campus is located on 32 acres at U.
