About the role

Make a meaningful difference while enjoying the flexibility of a PRN schedule. As a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist , you’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the setting where they feel most comfortable—their own homes.

What you’ll do
Evaluate patients’ speech, languageEvaluate patients’ speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing needs
Develop individualized treatment plansDevelop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and assessment findings
Provide skilled therapy servicesProvide skilled therapy services in patients’ homes
Teach patients and caregiversTeach patients and caregivers exercises, techniques, and strategies to support continued progress
Recommend and provide instructionRecommend and provide instruction on assistive devices when appropriate
