You’ll need
Licensure
✓Licensing: Must hold a current and active Physical Therapy license in the state of Washington
Certifications
✓Current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification
✓Suicide Prevention training certification (or documentation of training completion)
Education
✓Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited university
✓New graduates will be considered and are encouraged to apply
Qualifications
✓Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist
✓Experience in working with patients in [outpatient/acute care/long-term care] settings (specify depending on your environment)
✓Completion of 7 hours of AIDS education/training as required by Washington State
✓Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
✓Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
