You’ll need
Licensure
✓State or national licensure for professional therapy providers required
Certifications
✓CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility)
Education
✓Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other therapeutic field is required
Qualifications
✓Four or more years’ experience as a therapist with two or more years’ experience with the specific population of the facility is required
✓First aid may be required based on state or facility

Maintain documentation of therapyMaintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards, revising as necessary
