You’ll need
Education
✓High school diploma or GED required
Qualifications
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
✓Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
✓Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
2+ years of experience in a health care setting preferred.

About the role
The Procedure Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and securing insurance authorizations and scheduling for office visits, imaging studies, and hospital-based procedures. This position works closely with clinical staff and external facilities to ensure seamless and timely access to care for patients.
